E.K. Associates assisted DirectAV with the training and support for the Terminal 6 Renovation Integrated Systems Project. The integrated systems project fostered the simultaneous usage of domestic flights and allowed the intermittent reception of international flights through gates in the domestic terminal by instituting a “Sterile Corridor” and reverting the gates to domestic flight reception.
Our Services included:
- Training: Our training experts trained line staff and supervisors on the use of the Door Control & Monitoring System (DCMS) custom hardware and software and Nice Vision VMS/VSS integrated systems
- Training was provided to:
- Customs & Border Patrol (CBP)
- Terminal Operations users (T6 Consortium)
- TSA Officers and Supervisors (Div. of Homeland Security)
