Along with R&B, our team provided Project Management, Coordination and support staff to the PMO team at LAWA.
Our responsibilities included:
- Provided Portfolio Management support and Program/Project Management services to the IMTG Project Management Office
- Assisted in the implementation of project governance including a standardized funding process and gated project reviews
- Evaluated, selected and implemented knowledge management platform with PMBOK methodologies
- Established a comprehensive Change Management process.
