E.K.’s team members provided on-site CWS/CMS, client/server applications, hardware and software support in seven different locations at San Bernardino County Department of Children’s Services.
Our services included:
- Resolving CWS/CMS functional and technical issues while being the Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
- Maintaining end-user issues in a centralized issue-tracking database.
