Project: Safety Program Field Assessments for LAWA’s Emergency Management Division
Role: Subject Matter Expert
The E.K. team is assessing all the current safety programs, ascertaining the necessary roles and responsibilities across the multiple divisions involved, and making recommendations for expedient sustainability and coordination of all the programs.
Our responsibilities include:
- Completing a field assessment for all safety related programs currently in use at LAWA properties
- Preparing deliverables that include the development of a plan, handbook, guide and Standard operating Procedures (SOPs) for implementation
- Completing training and Knowledge Transfer for Programs identified by the LAWA Operations Division.
