Project: Terminal 6 Renovation project
Our training experts trained line staff and supervisors on the use of the Door Control & Monitoring System (DCMS) custom hardware and software and Nice Vision VMS/VSS integrated systems.
The integrated system fosters the simultaneous usage of domestic flights and allows the intermittent reception of international flights through gates in the domestic terminal by instituting a “Sterile Corridor” and reverting the gates to domestic flight reception.
Training was provided to:
- Customs & Border Patrol (CBP)
- Terminal Operations users (T6 Consortium)
- TSA Officers and Supervisors (Div. of Homeland Security)

Project: Facilities Management Implementation Project (FMIP)
E.K. was a key partner in leading the effort in accessing LAWA’s SAP Financial System structure. The project entailed interviewing users in the finance, payroll, IT, and other divisions to develop new functional requirements document that would integrate the SAP (FI/CO) with the new Facilities Management System.
Our team developed systems integration recommendations between the SAP system and new Asset Management System. We prepared deliverables by interviewing users and reviewing documents, pathways, and business process and rules. We then created the data model (including entity relationship between the different systems). The final deliverable included the baseline report and recommendation report for the integration of the FAMIS system with the new asset management system.
